CRITIQUES

MuseWrite speakers offer different options for critques. You can have short segments of your work criiqued or an entire manuscript.

Please review critique options below:

CRITIQUE OF SHORT SEGMENTS (5 PAGES) OF YOUR WORK

Please abide to the following manuscript guidelines:

1-inch margins 12-point font (Times New Roman or Courier)
No more than five typed, double-spaced pages in length.
Name, Email Address, Mailing address, Title of Work, Genre should appear in the header.
You may include a brief 1 page synopsis in addition to the manuscript. However the synopsis will be used for reference only. Only the manuscript will be critiqued.

You must email your submission to MuseWriteCommunity@yahoo.com as a Word document or RTF file.

COLLABORATIVE OVERARCHING CRITIQUE OF ENTIRE MANUSCRIPT

The Collaborative Critique offers three different perspectives on your entire manuscript focused on theme, characters, setting, and plot — without line edits.

FULL MANUSCRIPT CRITIQUE WITH LINE EDITS

You can choose one of the MuseWrite speakers to review your entire manuscript and give in-depth feedback.
